What''s interesting, is that in 2011, there were seven large ad-tech firms which had all planned to go public and hired bankers. Google and Yahoo aren''t going to buy them, AOL has already made its bet, and your only real path to an exit is an IPO for any kind of liquidity. I think the incubators have a lot to do with it.
