One thing I noticed from our previous interview is that Heather is one smart entrepreneur. For a first-time entrepreneur, she is not only getting it right and getting “base hits”, but she is slugging balls out of the park! However, they are not done with helping forge a better future for post-secondary education.

According to a January 2012 article in Forbes Magazine , nearly 16% of the 400 most affluent Americans do not have a college degree. For many entrepreneurs, college has little appeal. I generally encourage my UC Santa Barbara students to complete their formal education before joining or creating a startup.

For the first time in SXSW history, young group of entrepreneurs are being celebrated for their accomplishments and have been invited to be on a panel to discuss and share their insight on problem solving, social consciousness, and making the world a better place. To date, Hart has given over 50,000 meals to the needy through Man Cans.

In 2011, we built our site, and in 2012, last year, we started getting content. It''s also a dog-eat-dog world over there with the competition. Once you know the space, China really helps entrepreneurs. Our CTO is mainland Chinese, but was educated here. Michael Kleist: We started in 2010. Getting the talent is an issue.
