The company--which is in the business of operating a content delivery network (CDN) to accelerate the delivery of web graphics, multimedia, applications, and more to end users-- recently disclosed it more than doubled its revenues in 2012, and has grown to over 230 employees--all due to a huge amount of demand for CDN services by its customers.

So, at the beginning of 2012, we picked a website that we owned, to make it awesome. We never have to worry about monetization, and outsource that to Google. That''s definitely on our roadmap. What we tried to do, was build up each site, and make each of them great. Our revenue is solid. What''s next for your company?

What are your thoughts on outsourced design vs. having in house creatives to work on design elements of the app? It depends on what your definition of in-house versus out-sourced is. If outsource versus in-house means America rather than a foreign company, then the answer comes down to culture.
