The annual ranking of the fastest growing companies by Deloitte , the 2012 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, was released today, showing a healthy list of Southern California companies in growth mode. Trius Therapeutics was ranked at 42, with 3420% growth for the San Diego firm, and Santa Ana-based Local Splash was at 46, with 3034% growth.
