CPC Strategy Acquired By Elite SEM

San Diego-based e-commerce agency CPC Strategy has been acquired by digital marketing agency Elite SEM , according to private equity backer Mountaingate Capital. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The acquisition is the third for Elite SEM since Mountaingate Capital acquired the comapny in 2017.
