American Reliance Power Acquired By AMETEK

The El Monte, California-based Power Division of American Reliance (AMREL Power), has been acquired by Pennsylvania firm AMETEK , AMETEK announced Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. AMETEK said that AMREL Power will become part of its San Diego-based Programmable Power Division.
