TempleCity-based Fulgent Genetics , closed its first day on the public markets up slightly, at $9.18 per share, after debuting at $9.00 per share this morning. The company priced at $9.00 a share on Wednesday night, and is now trading as FLGT on the NASDAQ Global Market. in its IPO.
TempleCity-based Fulgent Genetics , based in the San Gabriel Valley, has filed for an IPO, saying that it is seeking to raised $50M in an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market as FLGT. The IPO is being underwritten by Credit Suisse, Piper Jaffray, Raymond James, and BTIG.
