Los Angeles-based Bardon Advisors , a cost-per-click (CPC) search and affiliate marketing firm, has been acquired by New York-based MediaTrust. Bardon Advisors was founded by Keith Cohn, who was previously President and CEO of Vendare Media, which was backed by Idealab and other venture firms.
