Nomadix Settles Patent Suit Against Aruba Networks

Agoura Hills-based wired and wireless gateway developer Nomadix said today that it has settled a patent infringement case it had filed against Aruba Networks. Nomadix said the settlement included a license to Aruba of its patent portfolio covering Internet access technology. Nomadix is a subsidiary of DOCOMO interTouch.
