Maker Studios Confirms Blip Buy

Los Angeles-based YouTube network Maker Studios confirmed its acuqisition of Blip , the company announced Friday, two weeks after word leaked out about the acquisition. Maker Studios is venture backed by Greycroft Partners, Downey Ventures, Time Warner, M+C, and others. Financial terms of the deal have not been announced.
