Amazon EC2 would be considered fully managed cloud, which also happens to be off premise. We notice there are quite a few open source companies, like yourself, here in Southern California, and in the Los Angeles area. That is on premise, off premise, fully managed, and do-it-yourself. There is an advantage and disadvantage to that.
