Beverly Hills-based Mobile Roadie , the developer of branded, mobile apps for celebrities and brands, reported today that it is powering the mobile app for soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. Mobile Roadie is providing the mobile app platform for the app, published by Digital Artists Entertainment, which runs on both iPhone and Android.

Beverly Hills-based Myspace , the online entertainment site now owned by Specific Media, said this morning that it has released a new music player. Myspace said it has inked licensing deals with Sony, Universal, EMI, and Warner, along with 20,000 independent labels, to power the music service.

Beverly Hills- and Berlin, Germany-based Fox Mobile Group , which offers mobile content distribution and mobile entertainment products, has been sold to Jesta Group , Jesta said Wednesday. FMG operates the Jamba, Jamster, Mobizzo, iLove, and Bitbop consumer services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
