Calabasas-based Ixia , which develops Ip network and wireless testing equipment and software, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Anue Systems , a developer of network visibility and analysis products. The deal had been announced May 7th, and was worth $145M in cash.
Calabasas-based Ixia announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of BreakingPoint Systems. Ixia, a provider of IP network testing equipment and software, said the buy will help address pre-deployment and production network monitoring, testing and optimization.
