Newport Beach-based Green Street Advisors , a provider of real estate research and analytics services and data, has been acquired by private equity investor Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe , from existing private equity investor Golden Gate Capital. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Green Street is led by CEO Craig Leupold.
