Los Angeles-based Mobilecause , a provider of mobile donation services for nonprofits, reported Wednesday that the firm is powering a number of mobile campaigns to raise money for victims of the Haiti earthquake. The text messaging donations are are applied to mobile phone users' cell phone bills.
