Los Angeles-based MySpace Music announced this morning that it has hired Dmitry Shapiro , who founded Veoh, as its new Chief Technology Officer. MySpace said that Shapiro will be responsible for "all aspects" of technical development for the MySpace Music platform. Shapiro also served as founder of Akonix Systems.
