Los Angeles-based OpenX has named a new CTO, saying this morning that it has appointed Paul Ryan as its new Chief Technology Officer. OpenX CEO Tim Cadogan said he has known Ryan for nearly two decades. OpenX operates an online advertising exchange and also is a provider of ad serving software.

OpenX said it has named Michael Radovancevich as its new CTO, as well as shifting former Chief Legal Officer Douglas McPherson to become Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.
