There are bootcamps, startup classes, video interviews – the sources are now endless. Everybody has a blog these days and there is much advice to be had. What is a founder to do?

Tech Coast Angel investor Dale Okuno came out because he believes that MuckerLab attracts better talent because they keep their class size small and focused. And build great business they have.

In this period (less than 2 years) he has brought on incredibly talented senior execs is sales, marketing, product management, client services, finance, vp engineering and more. In Rob’s spare time he always seems to be going to a boxing class or some other competitive, physical activity. It is really working. And improve.

They just can't reach into the class of freshmen, sophomores, or juniors to help companies get better candidates. Those include how-to on resumes, aptitude tests, videos, coaching seminars, and more of that nature. When we've tried to call for an intern, no one pays much mind. However, they're more job related than internship related.
