We went out on the Android and Blackberry, and as we were going out to market, we realized that we could use that consumer launch as a proving ground for our technology, and leverage that to the B2B market. When I joined the company, I found an amazing technology platform and analytics capability. We're really headed for three screens.
Lots of them were in online media and entertainment. I was selling products to Live Nation, Demand Media, Kelly Blue Book, Rovi, and the Screen Actors Guild. There are two ways you can use the app -- you can either play your iPad like it is a real instrument, by strumming the touch screen. It's a diverse group, both entertainment and technology. It teaches people how to learn guitar, ukulele, and banjo. How did you find those investors?

After college, I didn't go into engineer, I went into the marketing and entertainment side. However, that's really a device from the 1800's with a screen, and that didn't seem like the way to go. Plus, we've hired a new CTO and CRO to help grow the tech and business side. So, I switched to a degree in business and marketing.
