According to uSamp, the Series D round came from OpenView Venture Partners and DuPont Capital Management, and will go towards accelerating the development of the company''s Instant.ly in funding.

Encino-based Cyber-Rain , the developer of Internet-linked, automated sprinkler controllers, has raised $1.6M in a funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm on Tuesday. According to the filing, the new funding is part of an ongoing, $2.0M fundraising effort by the firm.

According to mPulse Mobile, the funding was led by SJF Ventures, and also included HLM Venture Partners, EchoHealth Ventures, OCA Ventures, and Bonfire Ventures. mPulse has now raised over $25M in total.
