Aliso Viejo-based Quest Software said Tuesday afternoon that CEO and President Doug Garn has stepped down. Quest said that Garn is stepping down due to "pressing health issues." Quest is a developer of IT management software for the enterprise. Vinny Smith, previously Executive Chairman of Quest, returns as CEO.
