That is excluding a single line of code or paying any salaries. At the time we viewed Amazon’s offering, EC2 as too nascent. They realized that as entreprises were increasingly using many different Cloud-based applications they didn’t have good cross-platform tools for deployment, monitoring and decommissioning.
