Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX has successfully launched a new, GPS satellite into space for the United States Space Force on Thursday afternoon. SpaceX launched the US Space Force's GPS III Space Vehicle 04 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, in Florida, from its launchpad at Space Launch Complex 40. The launch occurred at 6:24pm EST.
