San Diego-based IKIN said this morning that it has launched its company, backed by $5M in seed funding, to bring personalized, 3D holograms to life. Carbon Lighthouse , a provider of energy efficiency services and developer of energy efficiency technology which recently opened up a Los Angeles office, has raised $32.6M in a funding, the company said on Tuesday. According to Carbon Lighthouse, $20M of that funding came from Cox Enterprises. Carbon Lighthouse says that it helps commercial building owners significantly reduce their energy costs and environmental footprint with no upfront cost.
