The El Monte, California-based Power Division of American Reliance (AMREL Power), has been acquired by Pennsylvania firm AMETEK , AMETEK announced Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. AMREL Power is a provider of direct current (DC) power supplies and loads for the automated test equipment market.
