Boston-based WiGo (Who Is going Out), a developer of mobile apps to help college students coordinate their social lives, has scored seed funding from Sean Rad and Justin Mateen, the two local entrepreneurs behind hit app Tinder. According to reports, the two were among a number of angels in a $700,000 seed funding for WiGo.
