Trade Desk Files For IPO

Ventura-based Trade Desk has filed for an IPO, saying that it is looking to raised up to $86.25M on an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market. The advertising technology company is led by Jeff Green. Green is a serial entrepreneur , having sold his last firm, AdECN, to Microsoft. The company says it has filed to trade as TTD.
