San Juan Capistrano-based OptionEase , which develops software-as-a-service applications for stock options and fair market value accounting, said today that it has signed Boomi, a developer of cloud integration software, as a customer. According to OptionEase, the growth came because of "strong market demand" for its software for streamlining equity administration and compliance.
