Irvine-based loanDepot.com said today that it has launched an online, mortgage marketplace with backing from private equity firm Parthenon Capital Partners. According to loanDepot.com, the new site will help consumers to research real estate loans, providing education, loan processing, up-to-date mortgage rates, and other related services.
