A set of three, well known Los Angeles investors with military connections are funding a new startup, Troopswap.com , focused on providing daily deals to the military community. The site said it will donate 10% of TroopSwap.com's profits to the Wounded Warrior Project, and also employ military spouses and veterans for community outreach.

It occurred to us that a startup company with limited funding is not going to pay $5000 upfront, and that we would have loved to know the prices up front and not have to go through the same eight conversations eight times. Plus, younger attorneys understand technology, and are used to sites like eBay, Etsy, and others like that.
