Los Angeles-based influencer marketing company CreatorIQ announced this morning that it it has acquired Tribe Dynamics, a developer of marketing analytics software. CreatorIQ said the buy will create a company with over 450 customers, 250 employees, and $90 million in funding. Igor Vaks is founder and CEO of CreatorIQ.

Broadcom said the financing will allow it to fully fund the $60 per share in cash component of its $82 per share offer to acquire Qualcomm.
