Van Nuys-based JetPack Aviation , a developer of commercially available "jet packs" for sending people into the air, said today that it has signed an agreement with Georgia Tech Research Institute. JetPack did not details terms of the agreement with Georgia Tech, but said the two will jointly solicit R&D funding from the U.S.
