Los Angeles-based GOGII , the venture backed provider of mobile social messaging services, has snagged MySpace exec Chandra Hill as its new Vice President of Monetization and Publishing. Hill has also served at Fox Interactive Media. GOGII develops textPlus, a mobile social messaging application for the iPhone.
