Hermosa Beach-based FinalPrice has raised $4M in funding for a new travel startup, which offers up membership-based travel booking for flights, hotels, and car rentals. The funding came from Sistema VC and Almaz Capital. As part of the funding Pavel Bogdanov of Almaz joins the company' s board.
