Los Angeles-based Shopzilla , the online comparison shopping site owned by Symphony Technology Group (STG), announced today that it has acquired Ventura-based Connexity , the programmatic media buying company led by Dave Gross. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Gross is the former founder of Internet advertising firm Fastclick.
