San Dimas-based Wavestream , a venture backed provider of high power solid state amplifiers, has been acquired for approximately $130M by Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. , Wavestream was venture backed by Anthem Ventures, Shea Ventures, and Triquint Semiconductor, along with Oak Investment Partners, ITU Ventures, and others.
