Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal , the provider of online marketing services for small and medium sized businesses, said today that it has launched a new product called ReachCast. Pricing on the new offering was not disclosed. The firm said the product is a result of its acquisition of SMB:Live back in February.

United Online Cuts Staff

Woodland Hills-based United Online disclosed on its quarterly earnings call late Wednesday that it is cutting 96 employees, as part of a move to increase efficiency and streamline operations at the firm. The cuts are equal to five percent of the firm's overall workforce. United Online said the cuts would save it $10.5M in annual costs.
