Los Angeles-based fiber optic and data center infrastructure provider Wilcon announced today that it has acquired dark fiber provider Freedom Dark Fiber Networks. Freedom Dark Fiber Networks is also based in Southern California, and is a provider of dark fiber in the region. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
