CyberDefender Open New LA Call Center

CyberDefender said its center is currently handling as many as 40,000 calls per week, for sales, technical support, and customer service. The firm said it expects the center to be able to accommodate over 600 agents at full capacity. CyberDefender had announced the expansion of its headquarters back in August.
