Walnut, California-based WizRocket , a developer of mobile ad technology which helps companies better profile and target customers, has raised $8M in a funding round. The funding came from Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners. The funding comes on top of an earlier, unannounced $1.6M seed funding from Accel.
