Just the kind of person I like to meet. :) But I was a bit surprised when he emphasized how hard it had been for them to find a webdeveloper in Los Angeles. My flippant comment was, “If you do a Google search for Los Angeles webdeveloper, you’ll find a LOT of people and firms.” And he’s right there’s a big difference.
I''ve written before about finding WebDevelopment Firms in Los Angeles. I just got an email asking about exactly this: I''m with a new company that needs some software built, but doesn''t need (or have the resources for) a large staff of software developers.
SoCal Code Camp is at it again, getting together an amazing pool of experts to speak in front of fellow developers and developers-in-training here in Los Angeles. This fun conference will have over 85 sessions on various technologies including WebDevelopment, Mobile, Ruby , Javascript and more.
They are generally the senior most person responsible for custom software development, database design, database administration, webdevelopment, etc. As an example, I did that as a search on SoCal Tech Central and Software Development Companies really didn't come up with much.
