I can’t say for sure, but it feels to me like the re-urbanization of technology companies is driven by a broader trend of the tech industry overall – cloud computing. And even … yes … actors. I think NY has always – by definition – been urban. GRP’s offices are near Beverly Hills. Our lease runs out in 2013.
